What is your morning routine?
My day usually starts at Larvotto Beach: a walk with the dogs, a coffee at Woo Cafe and a little browse. Monaco has that easy energy where you can do everything or nothing at all.
Where would you bring us for lunch?
I love La Rose des Vents, right there on Larvotto. It's the kind of place you linger longer than you planned.
The place you go if you feel like shopping?
There’s the Metropole, which is in the centre. You can get everything you need there. It's my go-to.
The sun is setting, where do you go for drinks?
When the light starts to shift, I head to Nobu at the Fairmont for sunset. They actually just redid it. The view is stunning and honestly, you may as well stay for dinner.

If I'm choosing my favourite table in Monaco, it's Café de Paris. For aperitivo, a little snack, or a hot chocolate in winter. There's nowhere quite like it.
